We provide programming and computer science education services for children in Azerbaijan, conducted in English. Our services include:

4. Eligibility and Parental Consent

Our services are designed for children aged 6-16 years. Parents or legal guardians must provide consent for their children to participate in our programs. By enrolling a child in our services, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to make decisions on behalf of the child.

5. Registration and Account

To use our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Updating your information when necessary
• All activities that occur under your account

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees and Payment

Course fees are clearly stated on our website and must be paid in advance. Payment can be made through our secure payment system using accepted payment methods.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds may be available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before course start date
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs 3-6 days before course start date
• No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before course start date
• Refunds for courses cancelled by the Company will be processed in full

7. Course Policies

7.1 Attendance

Regular attendance is essential for learning progress. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Makeup sessions may be available for excused absences, subject to instructor availability.

7.2 Behavior Standards

Students are expected to:

• Respect instructors and fellow students
• Follow classroom rules and guidelines
• Use technology and equipment appropriately
• Maintain academic integrity

7.3 Disciplinary Actions

Failure to meet behavior standards may result in warnings, suspension, or termination from the program without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to curricula, software, videos, and documentation, are the intellectual property of AIIDY Technology OÜ or our licensed partners. Students may use these materials for personal learning purposes but may not distribute, modify, or use them for commercial purposes.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIIDY Technology OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification
